History and TESOL

Aberystwyth University is the UK's first university to offer a TESOL degree in the UK. This degree is designed to promote the teaching of English as a second language and also the use of technology in the teaching of English as a second language. Aberystwyth's TESOL programme is designed to develop the students' ability to teach English as a second language.
